When pursuing your passion, you’d be surprised how self-centered you can become. We would never admit that but sadly, it’s true. It is one thing to talk a good game about being authentic and generous, it is quite another to be given opportunities to use your failures and life experiences to help someone else who is in need. Especially when it is not fun or convenient. But this is the life we are called to live, and embracing it is the way that we can effect real change in the lives of those around us.
