The reason for this booklet is two-fold. First, I want to introduce myself to you. Second, I would like to apologize on behalf of Realtors everywhere. I am sorry that you get unsolicited, generic, cookie-cutter mailers sent to you. I am sorry that you get cold-calls from “friends” who work in real estate begging you for referrals.
I’ve been told it is my job to be a telemarketer, a door-to-door salesman, but from where I come from, that is called being a NUISANCE! I don’t like getting cold-calls. I don’t like people knocking on my door trying to sell me something. Are you like me? I could not in good conscience do something to others that I do not like having done to me. And that’s why I’ve chosen to do things differently.
