There are moments as a father when you feel especially proud of your kids. It may be when they say their first word, or take their first step. Maybe it’s their first award in school, or the first time they stood up for what’s right in the face of peer pressure. These are all monumental …
#RealPersonRealNeeds #podcast Before you started pursuing your dreams, you were probably preoccupied with thoughts of what it would be like. If you’re like me, you would waste your time daydreaming about it and come home from work miserable and unable to be there mentally and emotionally for your family. Authenticity and truth are your greatest weapon and your strongest attribute when trying to differentiate yourself from the competition. But forced authenticity is the exact opposite of authenticity. Be Yourself and live with the consequences. I’d rather be myself and sleep at night, than be what other people perceive as the model of success and professionalism.
