We can’t create business out of thin air, but we can put ourselves in a position to succeed by committing to doing the hard work, even when we don’t see immediate results. Like a farmer plants seed and has to wait for harvest time, patience and consistency are the key. When we finally begin to see results, no matter how small, it is important that we take a moment to celebrate and use that success to drive us forward.

If turning your passion into your purpose was easy, then everyone would be doing it. It is when things get difficult that most people quit and go back to their mundane lives. But we will not quit. We will persist because when we look to the reward we see that it far outweighs the temporary pain of adversity.
